Shipping & Delivery
Every Soft Form piece is hand-checked to meet our quality standards. Please allow 1–2 business days for our studio to process and pack your order before it is dispatched.
We offer flat-rate shipping globally. For our New Zealand and Australian community, orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days. For international orders, please allow 7–12 business days for delivery.
Once your order is on its way, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can monitor your second skin's journey through our carrier's portal; please allow 24 hours for the initial tracking information to update.
Due to our fast processing times, we are unable to guarantee changes or cancellations once an order is confirmed. If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact info@softform.studio immediately, and we will do our best to assist.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We accept returns on items in their original state: unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached; within 14 days of delivery. For hygiene and sustainability reasons, intimate apparel and items marked as 'Final Sale' are not eligible for return.
To begin the process, please contact our team at info@softform.studio with your order number. Once your return is inspected and approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
To ensure you secure your preferred silhouette or size before it sells out, we recommend returning your original item for a refund and placing a new order for the desired piece.
We stand by our craftsmanship. If you receive a faulty item, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will prioritize a replacement or a full refund to resolve the matter immediately.
